Daniel R. Kluza, Daily Operations Manager

Daniel Kluza began his career in the financial industry in 2001 as a financial advisor. In 2003‚ Dan joined Invest n Retire‚ LLC (INR).

During his tenure with our firm‚ Dan has been given the opportunity to participate in multiple positions within our organization; including‚ trader‚ plan conversion specialist‚ and liaison with third party administrators and plan sponsors. Dan has met each challenge with enthusiasm and commitment.

Dan is responsible for quality customer service at various external and internal levels. Dan works closely with our software architect in developing‚ maintaining‚ and enhancing our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and AssetManager module which is used for trading and tracking participant activity.

Dan is also responsible for developing our policies and procedures relating to the processing of activity within AssetManager. Dan also conducts employee WEBINAR enrollment meetings for each of our clients.

Dan earned a B.B.A. in Finance‚ University of Georgia‚ and a M.B.A.‚ University of Portland.
